My offerings are the product of years of dedication to untangling harmful social conditioning, negative self-talk, and addiction. My work is designed to give you the tools to heal your emotional body, take charge of your life, and separate external messaging from your own inner voice and guidance.

My readings are not fortune-telling: they hold a mirror to your experiences so that you can develop greater intimacy and knowledge of yourself, your motivations, and your behaviors in order for you to make empowered and authentic action and choices for yourself.
