How can we choose presence in a world that seems to tell us in a thousand different ways every day that we are not worthy? We practice courage over comfort. While our brains gird us rigidly against our fears, our souls remind us to soften - that darkness is a powerful teacher, and our light is a powerful friend. Through this understanding, we practice present embodiment - we take up space. I have a half decade of experience guiding others to use their innate spiritual gifts to address their traumas, overcome their challenges, and heal the deepest part of themselves. And yet, I am still learning - because this way of being is not a quick fix or a bandaid. It is an every day practice of presence and truth. It is radical healing - it gets to the root of the pain, and not just the symptoms. Maybe this feels resonant to you.
