meditation on sovereignty

from this morning's reiki meditation, on sovereignty and healing:

show up for yourself when times are hard
show up for yourself when it doesn't feel good
declare your own sovereignty
you are not a pawn of governments or power
you are sovereign 
your body is yours
you are responsible for where your attention goes
you can heal and love yourself even in challenges
healing is not linear
there is no point where you are suddenly fixed
but we do become wiser, more resilient, more open, more confident
so that when the challenges do come, we do not forget who we are in the process
we remember we are souls in a body
that all things are temporary 
this is one moment of infinite ones
the possibilities are endless
co-create. make time for ritual. make time for healing. make time for knowing yourself  .
you are loved. you are love. act from this knowing.
