times of crisis can lead us to believe that there is no room left for our hopes. that what we have worked hard for is no longer ours to desire. do not lose sight of your pleasures and wishes. the worlds that you create with your thoughts and feelings become real. so mind your energy. create a soft safe space for you to dream. don’t give into despair, instead use your imagination to create worlds that you can feel abundant and secure in.

put down the phone, turn off the tv, and take some time to write down your worries and fears. let this be an act of release for you. burn the paper in the shadow of the new moon. on a night when you can see a sliver of the moon start to peak out, use that time to make a list of all of the things you are grateful for and want to grow more of. carry it in your pocket, stick it on your fridge, let it float in the bathtub with you, whatever you do, make this list for best friend and companion.
